Licensed Practical Nurse 2

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse 2 to join our team at Lakeland Village. As a LPN 2, you will provide treatment and nursing care for individuals with developmental disabilities and/or other neurological, physiological, or behavioral health disorders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide treatment and nursing care for individuals with developmental disabilities and/or other neurological, physiological, or behavioral health disorders
- Assist in developing and managing Individual Habilitation Plans for residents and clients to help improve and maintain health
- Implement care plans, administer medications, and assist the physician and other medical staff with treatments and exams
Requirements:
- Valid Washington state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse or the ability to obtain a valid license prior to employment
- Proven ability to apply practical nursing principles and concepts
- Skill in performing and interpreting basic physical and treatment techniques
- Excellent interpersonal relations and communications skills
