Role Summary:

The Associate Connect (Tier-1) team serves as a call center for addressing employee inquiries related to human resources. Our representatives provide assistance through various channels including phone, self-service systems, and in-person interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to in-person inquiries regarding benefits and payroll.
  • Offer first-level support to associates at the Distribution Center.
  • Assist associates and managers with personal data, job data, and benefits transactions.
  • Facilitate online transactions for associates and managers using our web application.
  • Provide bilingual support to ensure effective communication with our diverse workforce.
  • Document all interactions in the HR Direct call tracking system.
  • Collaborate with the Service Coordination Supervisor for issue resolution as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a service center or call center environment.
  • Fluency in Spanish or French is preferred.
  • Proficient in using dual monitors and various software applications.
  • Strong communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service abilities and a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience in HR, payroll, and benefits administration is a plus.

Education:

A Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not mandatory.
