The RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying top talent and matching them with job openings within client companies. Your primary focus is on delivering exceptional results and building strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities- CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS: Foster and maintain relationships with clients and candidates through regular communication and market insights.
- TALENT ACQUISITION: Source, attract, interview, and match candidates to job positions within client companies.
- KPIs: Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance targets.
- RECRUITMENT PROCESS: Oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial screenings to final interviews.
- CANDIDATE RECORDS: Maintain accurate records of candidates and clients in our CRM system.
- VACANCY COORDINATION: Ensure efficient allocation of resources to fill all vacancies.
- INDUSTRY INSIGHTS: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.
- EXPERIENCE: Proven success in a previous recruiter or account manager position with a consistent record of billing or exceeding targets.
- BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: Evidence of success in business development and new client acquisition.
- LIFE SCIENCES BACKGROUND: Experience or qualifications in the Life Sciences industry is desirable, but we also welcome applicants willing to learn and grow with us.
