Your Responsibilities

As a vital member of the Modern Adventure marketing team, you will enhance the growth and effectiveness of our marketing initiatives alongside leading chefs, designers, writers, and brands—collectively referred to as the "Tastemakers" who transform our trips into unique experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Crafting compelling trip descriptions and overseeing the creation of product description pages on our website.
  • Generating the majority of the written creative content for the marketing team.
  • Maintaining and nurturing the brand's voice.
  • Driving marketing results through effective SEO strategies.
  • Collaborating with the team to lead marketing meetings, manage the marketing calendar, and handle various projects.
  • Communicating marketing performance and KPIs both internally and externally.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, and productivity in marketing efforts.
  • Executing both strategic and tactical initiatives effectively.
  • Delivering exceptional work while fostering a positive work environment.

Your Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in a content marketing position.
  • Exceptional writing and editing abilities, with a strong understanding of brand voice.
  • Proficient project management skills.
  • Some experience or familiarity with product marketing.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data from Google Analytics and create dashboards.
  • Technical proficiency in project management tools, including Sheets and Jira; knowledge of Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Strong process-oriented thinking and systems development skills.
  • Entrepreneurial and resourceful mindset.
  • Brand-focused thinking.
  • A collaborative spirit with effective communication skills across the organization.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment while managing multiple projects and priorities.
