Job Summary:

As a Senior Corporate Brand Specialist at Unum, you will play a critical role in promoting our corporate brand, protecting our reputation, and inspiring key audiences to take action. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your communications expertise to drive business results and make a meaningful impact on our customers' lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive communications strategies to promote Unum's corporate brand and reputation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content and campaigns that resonate with our target audiences.
  • Manage and maintain our corporate brand and reputation through effective crisis communications and issue management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, business partners, and external partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in brand communications and reputation management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful communications strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills and experience with presentation software.
  • Knowledge of designing and supporting an internet or intranet site a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of social media.
