Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader to join our team at Roti Restaurants. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during your shift, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of your team members, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate and solve problems as they arise, ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
