Job Title: Principal Product Manager

Microsoft Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Principal Product Manager to join our Windows Servicing and Delivery team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality servicing experiences to our customers, ensuring their security and productivity.

About the Role

We are looking for a talented individual with a strong background in product management, software development, and networking technologies. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and capture opportunities to improve the DNS/DHCP Server experience, both on-premises and on Azure. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop a vision, strategy, and plans for delivering these improvements.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to enhance the DNS/DHCP Server experience
  • Develop and drive the product vision and strategy for Windows DNS/DHCP Server
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to implement scenarios that increase the capability to deliver against critical KPIs
  • Manage schedules, risks, and issues with effective communication to the team, senior management, and partners
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of experience in product management or software development
  • 5+ years of experience working with networking technologies and protocols
  • 5+ years of experience working with engineering teams
  • 5+ years of experience with highly complex projects, responsible for activities related to requirement gathering and writing product features
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience with DNS and DHCP Server technologies
  • 5+ years of experience demonstrating ability to build relationships and influence in a matrixed organization
  • Understanding of Windows internals and diagnostics
  • Experience with data analytics and utilizing data-based analytical tools
