Your Impact
As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) within the MTM organization, you will be instrumental in converting strategic goals into actionable plans and streamlining operational processes. Your role will involve:

  • Collaborating with partner teams and stakeholders to transform strategic initiatives into practical plans.
  • Designing, optimizing, and executing operational processes that align with overarching strategic objectives.
  • Assessing and enhancing existing processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks linked to strategic initiatives.
  • Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and creating reporting frameworks through QBRs/MBRs.
  • Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design) for effective project execution.
  • Acting as a facilitator/trainer to promote the adoption of team tools and processes.

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical product or program management.
- 3+ years of experience in project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
- Proven experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, developing processes, and coordinating release schedules.

Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct experience working with engineering teams.

Our compensation reflects the labor costs across various US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,500/year in our lowest geographic market to $197,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is influenced by several factors, including market location, and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Amazon is a total compensation company. Depending on the position offered, equity, sign-on bonuses, and other forms of compensation may be included as part of a comprehensive compensation package, alongside a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
