Customer Experience Liaison for Mastercraft

This position plays a critical role in supporting Mastercraft's commitment to excellence and providing exceptional service to our customers. As a Customer Success Coordinator, you will serve as the primary contact for VIP customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and drive customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for VIP customers, troubleshooting initial issues and identifying the proper internal teams to manage specific needs.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in customer service, a passion for delivering exceptional experiences, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles are preferred.
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
