Job Title: Customer Service Liaison

The University of Tennessee is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Liaison to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support with printing-related inquiries, order processing, and customer engagement.

About the Role:
This position requires a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and written. You will be responsible for entering print orders received via email and web to the print order entry system, while also responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. As a Customer Service Liaison, you will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.

Responsibilities:
* Enter print orders received via email and web to the print order entry system
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing and delivery

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
* 1+ years of experience in customer-facing roles or order management positions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
