Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking a qualified Superintendent to join our team. As a seasoned professional with at least 10 years of commercial construction experience and 5+ years of superintendent experience, you will oversee multiple projects exceeding $5 Million. Your strong sitework background, computer, and scheduling skills will be valuable assets to our team.


Key Responsibilities

  2. Manage and maintain a safe working environment, conducting regular toolbox talks, safety checklists, and ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and corporate Safety Manual.
  3. Provide on-site field supervision, monitor quality workmanship, and direct, coordinate, and facilitate meetings for various stakeholders.
  4. Create and implement site logistics plans to optimize productivity and minimize disruptions, conduct weekly subcontractor coordination meetings, and secure necessary municipal inspections.
  5. Oversee material storage, determine initial job setup requirements, maintain a clean and organized site, and develop/maintain relationships with subcontractors, owners, and municipalities.
  6. Lead the punch-list process, ensure subcontractors adhere to construction documents, schedule owner training and commissioning, and coordinate site activities.
  7. Manage project schedules using Microsoft Project, coordinate trade and material deliveries, and maintain Three Week Look-Ahead schedules.
  8. Promote document control, maintain as-built drawings/photos, document conversations, and keep project records up-to-date.

Compensation Package

The selected candidate will receive a competitive salary of $100,000 - $135,000, comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid holidays, and a 401(k) retirement plan with discretionary employer matching.
