Job Description

As Chief Operations Officer - Construction and Field, you'll oversee the entire lifecycle of our dust collection equipment installation and service projects. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure timely project delivery, maintain quality standards, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating stakeholder feedback and input.
  • Lead and motivate field personnel, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Monitor project budgets, identifying areas for cost savings and implementing process improvements.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient project execution.
  • Develop and maintain accurate project schedules, tracking progress against established milestones.
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, encouraging employees to share ideas and suggestions for improving processes and services.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in senior operations or project management roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and manage competing demands.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, construction management).
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software applications (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
