About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Business Growth Consultant to join our team at Service Management Group (SMG). This role offers a unique opportunity to drive business growth, build strong relationships with clients, and accelerate the sales cycle.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in highly consultative sales, demonstrating success in closing deals worth $80k+ USD annually. They will be responsible for prospecting activities, self-sourcing a significant portion of their own pipeline, and negotiating effectively to close deals that contribute to revenue and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new business opportunities, self-source pipeline through various channels.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understand their business needs and challenges.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly quotas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) required.
  • 4+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a consultative or account management role.
  • Proven track record of success in closing deals worth $80k+ USD annually.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse client groups.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM software, and data analysis techniques.
