Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of product marketers, fostering professional growth, collaboration, and excellence.

  • Own the development and maintenance of compelling messaging and positioning, ensuring consistency across all channels and materials.

  • Work with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure our internal teams are enabled and that content reaches the right audiences.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of product marketing or solutions marketing experience. Since this is a senior role, your prior direct experience is essential.
  • You may also have experience in business consulting, product management, or marketing, which would be a plus, though not required.
  • 1+ years of experience managing and coaching individual contributors.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for B2B SaaS products.
  • Exceptional communication skills, allowing you to translate technical features into clear benefits for a broad audience.
  • Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships with stakeholders.
  • Capacity to identify and understand trends in the market, competitors, and user needs across multiple segments.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong prioritization skills.

The target salary range for this position is $149,000 - $230,000. When calculating offers, we make salary decisions based on market data and candidates' skills and experience.
