Certified Nursing Assistant 2 ARRMC ER Clinical Decision Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Nursing Assistant 2 to join our ER Clinical Decision team at Asante. As a key member of our patient care team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Promote patient safety and comfort while actively participating in patient satisfaction
- Demonstrate advanced Responsive Observations knowledge base in practice of care
- Document patient and family responses and effectiveness of teaching and interventions per department standards
- Provide excellent communication between staff and patients and patient families
- Promote and maintain Asante's Vision and Values
- CNA-2 certified by the Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) required upon start
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certified by the American Heart Association (AHA) required upon start
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis
