Job Title: Help Desk Support Specialist II Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Support Specialist II to join our team at Athena Technology Group, Inc. (ATG). As a Help Desk Support Specialist II, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and delivering solutions to resolve basic computer, application, system, device, access, or performance issues. Key Responsibilities: * Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat * Troubleshoot hardware and software problems * Deliver solutions to resolve basic computer, application, system, device, access, or performance issues * Utilize product information or solution database to research and deliver solutions * Advise users on methods, steps, and actions to resolve and avoid future issues * Document incidents using help desk systems or tools * Escalate problems to appropriate levels or teams to achieve issue resolution Requirements: * At least 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area * Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures * Possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job * Experience with IT and Cybersecurity Work Environment: * Normal Office Environment * Requires Sitting, Standing, Near Acuity, Speaking with colleagues and customers, Listening, Sight, Use of hands/fingers About ATG: Athena Technology Group, Inc.
