How You'll Shine:
As a Hospitality Services Representative, your warm welcome, outstanding service, and friendly demeanor will be essential in ensuring guests have memorable vacations from check-in to check-out. You'll provide heartfelt hospitality in every interaction, from sharing information about the resort and local attractions to assisting with reservations.

How You'll Make an Impact:
  • Bring joy to guests from around the globe with your welcoming approach.
  • Assist guests through the check-in process, issue room keys, and provide information about the resort and nearby attractions.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions in accordance with established procedures.
  • Balance cash receipts and perform necessary money handling tasks.
  • Complete all check-out procedures, ensuring accurate charges and credits in guest accounts.
  • Reserve and confirm accommodations for individuals and groups.
  • Provide guests with accurate room rate information.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and thoroughly.
What You'll Bring:
  • Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English.
  • Ability to resolve issues with minimal supervision.
  • Basic math skills and knowledge of proper cash handling procedures.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer and office skills.
