Join Our Team as a Guest Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Service Representative to join our team at Navy Exchange in Oak Harbor, WA. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process guest reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Operate a multi-line telephone system, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist guests with various requests, including room assignments, credit card processing, and other services.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a hospitality or service industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
