Job Summary

We are seeking a temporary part-time Administrator to provide administrative support to our Climate Team and VP of Administration. This role involves managing calendars, organizing emails, preparing documents and presentations, and coordinating meetings and travel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the Climate Team and VP of Administration
  • Develop and maintain efficient systems and processes for managing calendars, emails, and documents
  • Coordinate events, meetings, and travel arrangements
Requirements

Applicants should have excellent organizational and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience in administrative tasks, event coordination, and project management. A background in nonprofit settings and an interest in climate action are preferred.
