Leasing Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic team at Avenue5 Residential, LLC. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for coordinating all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service to prospective and current residents, promoting a quality living experience for all.
- Leasing Activities: Generate and handle traffic, qualify prospective residents, lease apartments, prepare lease documentation, and complete move-in paperwork and processes.
- Apartment Preparation: Ensure model apartments are in touring condition, orient prospective and current residents to the property, and process renewal paperwork.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of traffic activity, enter applicable information into the computer, and follow up with prospective residents via phone or email.
- Communication: Relay technical concerns with adequate detail, quickly and accurately, and communicate effectively with all levels of management.
- Education: High school diploma required; minimum of one year of previous sales experience preferred.
- Experience: One year of previous residential leasing experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, prior experience in Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system, basic level knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite, and ability to work independently and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
