Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Technician to join our team at Growth Ortho. As a Clinical Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist physicians and physician assistants in exam rooms as needed
  • Complete reviews for scheduled clinics
  • Obtain vital signs and brief histories related to office visits
  • Document patient medical information in EHR
  • Maintain supplies and perform periodic cleaning as delegated
  • Take telephone messages and provide feedback and answers to patient/physician/pharmacy calls

Requirements:

  • Ability to obtain patient vital signs
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain effective and organized systems to ensure timely patient flow
  • Strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Preferred completion of accredited training program for clinical assisting or a combination of education/work experience in the clinical setting of a medical office
