About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Leader to join our team at Express, Inc. As a Sales Leader, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a team of sales associates to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with store management to ensure effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and store operations.
  • Provide coaching and training to sales associates to improve their sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and execute action plans to optimize sales results and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, inventory management, and store operations to maintain a high level of store appearance and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, peers, and supervisors to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in technology, including point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
