About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Radiant Enterprises. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our software products and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via various channels, including phone, email, and ticket systems.
  • Issue Resolution: Analyze and resolve technical issues in a prompt and professional manner, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to identify and resolve technical issues, and to plan and implement updates to customer systems.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between customers and development teams, ensuring clear and effective communication to resolve technical issues and improve service quality.
  • Process Improvement: Identify trends and develop solutions to improve service quality, and work with the project management team to implement process improvements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, such as computer science or information technology.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field, with a strong understanding of software products and technical support processes.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations.
