Position Overview

Our Junior Business Consultant serves as that vital connector within our organization. This entry-level role is a foundational stepping stone for many of our senior leaders, who have successfully transitioned from this position. Through a comprehensive management training program, the Junior Business Consultant gains in-depth knowledge of all operational aspects, client interactions, and strategic initiatives, enabling them to appreciate their crucial contribution to the team's overall success.

Upon completing the initial orientation and training, the Junior Business Consultant will engage actively in various functions, including sales and marketing, customer relations, and general operational finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate contact and build relationships with consumers from designated lead lists, eventually advancing to new business development and maintaining existing partnerships.
  • Provide exceptional customer service consistently.
  • Participate in a training program focused on effective communication, sales management strategies, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and operational finance.
  • Stay informed about market trends, technological advancements, and industry developments.
  • Develop expertise in the complete sales cycle and mentor others in the successful practices that have contributed to your achievements.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in a relevant sector (such as marketing, sales, or customer service) is preferred.
  • Consideration will also be given to candidates with backgrounds in collegiate athletics or military service.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities are essential.
  • Previous management or leadership experience is advantageous.
