Position Summary

Location: Cincinnati, OH

EQM is currently in search of a junior-level professional with 1 to 5 years of experience in environmental compliance. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline (such as chemical, civil, or environmental) or in environmental science. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with technical writing skills, are essential. Relevant experience, training, or coursework in areas such as environmental regulations, environmental chemistry, and data management is highly desirable.

We seek a motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented individual who is eager to learn and contribute to our multi-media compliance team, serving a wide range of clients. This is a full-time position based in our Cincinnati office.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to perform tasks accurately under tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to engage in both office and fieldwork as necessary.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Well-developed organizational, time management, and planning skills.
  • Engineer-in-training certification is preferred.
