The Senior Brand Executive will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the overarching brand strategy to elevate Good American's market visibility and stimulate growth. This position demands a forward-thinking leader with extensive expertise in branding, marketing, and consumer engagement within the fashion sector. The Senior Brand Executive will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure brand coherence, innovation, and alignment with our core principles of inclusivity and empowerment. This individual will work in tandem with the Creative Director of Marketing on aspects such as casting, content creation, and campaign strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Brand Strategy Formulation:
- Craft and implement a holistic brand strategy that resonates with Good American's mission and vision.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive dynamics to foster brand uniqueness and expansion.
- Generate culturally relevant brand moments that engage audiences effectively.
- Marketing and Communications:
- Oversee the design and execution of integrated marketing initiatives across diverse channels, including digital platforms, social media, public relations, and retail.
- Manage the influencer marketing program to ensure Good American's presence aligns with brand values while achieving performance objectives.
- Guarantee uniform brand messaging and tone across all communication channels.
- Lead the creation of engaging content and narratives that connect with our target demographic.
- Product and Partnership Initiatives:
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure brand alignment in design and innovation.
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and collaborations that enhance brand value and outreach.
- Consumer Engagement:
- Devise and implement strategies to cultivate and maintain a loyal customer base.
- Leverage data and analytics to comprehend consumer behavior and preferences, fostering personalized and impactful brand experiences.
- Team Leadership:
- Guide, mentor, and motivate the brand and marketing team, promoting a collaborative and innovative work atmosphere.
- Establish clear performance objectives and provide continuous feedback and growth opportunities for team members.
- Budget Oversight:
- Develop and oversee the brand and marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation to maximize return on investment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- Over 10 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a similar role within the fashion industry, demonstrating a successful track record.
- In-depth knowledge of the fashion and denim sectors, with a strong commitment to inclusivity and body positivity.
- Exceptional leadership abilities, capable of inspiring and energizing a team.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the capacity to utilize data for informed decision-making.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Proven capability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
This role necessitates onsite presence four days a week.
