  • Role Responsibilities
  • The Registration Specialist II plays a crucial role in assisting patients throughout the registration and arrival process for both scheduled and unscheduled appointments. This position involves gathering accurate demographic and insurance information, as well as determining patient liability when applicable. Additionally, the specialist is tasked with performing financial clearance functions for assigned accounts during registration downtimes. The individual is expected to greet and assist patients and internal staff in a courteous, professional manner to foster positive interactions. Occasional travel between locations and extended hours may be necessary based on departmental needs.
