We are seeking an experienced Radiation Oncology Nursing Supervisor to join our team at Swedish Health Services. This is a full-time, exempt position that offers a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive salary range of $56.74 - $91.34 per hour.

About the Role

The Radiation Oncology Nursing Supervisor will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight to our radiation oncology nursing staff. This includes planning, organizing, staffing, coordinating, controlling, and directing the day-to-day operations of the department. The successful candidate will have a strong background in oncology nursing and leadership, with at least 10 years of experience and 2 years of recent experience in radiation oncology nursing.

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and oversight to radiation oncology nursing staff
  • Develop and implement plans to improve patient care and departmental goals
  • Collaborate with department manager and staff to maintain clinic operations
  • Plan and coordinate patient care activities
  • Organize and direct the work of nursing staff
  • Manage resources, staff overtime, equipment functionality, and budgetary processes
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve excellence in patient care
  • Participate in quality improvement activities and enforce clinical standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited school
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • At least 10 years of Nursing experience
  • At least 2 years of recent experience in oncology nursing with demonstrated clinical knowledge and leadership skills
