Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team at Fidelity TalentSource LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining an existing book of business and driving AUM growth across our global distribution network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement new global accounts and handle day-to-day service requests from across the globe
  • Coordinate new business proposal responses and development of marketing collateral
  • Provide oversight of sub-advisory agreements and pricing arrangements
  • Build relationships and establish strategy sessions with US and Global Sales teams
  • Manage Sales opportunities through their lifecycle in Salesforce CRM
  • Present updates on Sales activity, campaign efforts, and key areas of focus for internal audiences
  • Demonstrate the capabilities and resources of Fidelity to add new value for our clients
  • Share industry trends and insight from peer organizations to help clients navigate sophisticated investment changes
  • Stay advised of critical operational issues and customer concerns that impact the business partner
  • Share information and collaborate with colleagues across Fidelity to demonstrate standard methodologies and work on cross-company initiatives
  • Serve as a lead contact for various groups across Fidelity to help enhance our business relationships across the organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree or global experience a plus
  • 5+ years of product and client-facing experience in the financial industry, Fidelity experience desirable
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 required or must be obtained within 90 days of hire
  • Familiarity with Defined Benefit and public sector investments
  • Ability to partner across the organization to influence all levels of management and peers through personal interactions as well as crafting and delivering effective presentations
  • Talent for effectively communicating across cultures both verbally and in writing
  • Desire to learn and work across a diverse geographic footprint
  • Ability to work on-site and remotely and accommodate minimal travel requirements
