Job Title: Financial Solutions Lead Analyst

Citigroup Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Financial Solutions Lead Analyst to join its team in New York, New York. As a key member of the Treasury Solutions team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing financial solutions that meet the needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are completed in accordance with global change management processes.
  • Develop and maintain traceability matrices to track evolving changes and prioritize them based on project timelines.
  • Partner with Business Treasury, Legal Entity Treasury, International Treasury, and Business and Risk Functions to deliver capabilities and solutions for resource and risk management.
  • Work with operations and technology to implement solutions, including development of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), architecture considerations, and testing.
  • Contribute to and support multiple cross-Treasury and cross-Group projects as a Project Manager.
  • Develop and direct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) procedures.
  • Identify and communicate key project risks, define mitigation strategies, and manage to resolution.
  • Perform data analysis and validations using SQL to ensure changes are working as expected.
  • Secure approvals from all stakeholders and coordinate the deployment of solutions in production.
  • Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
  • Develop and direct System Integration Testing (SIT) procedures.
Requirements:
  • Requires a Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field and 2 years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience as a Business Analyst, or related position involving Risk Management and Treasury within the financial services industry.
  • Alternatively, employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in the stated fields and 5 years of the specified experience.
