Job Summary

PM Pediatric Care is seeking a highly skilled Child and Adolescent Psychologist to join our Behavioral Health Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments using evidence-based practices.
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions for patients using evidence-based treatment modalities.
  • Participate in collaborative care team meetings to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with community mental health providers.
  • Monitor patient service quality and progress for referred patients.
  • Complete required documentation, including biopsychosocial assessments, treatment planning, and implementation in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with patients, families, and the care team to overcome obstacles in treatment.
  • Maintain licensure and professional development as required by the licensing board.
Requirements
  • Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Psychology from a program accredited by the American/Canadian Psychological Association (APA).
  • Psychologist license in the state(s) practicing.
  • 2+ years of experience post-licensure.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
  • Ability to effectively interact, work, and develop meaningful relationships with people of various cultural backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of trauma-informed care.
  • Previous experience providing teletherapy to children and adolescents.
  • Previous experience with crisis intervention.
