About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Vendor Credentialing Associate to join our Sales Support Team in Arizona. This individual will be responsible for managing the credentialing process for healthcare industry representatives, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and hospital provider requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stay up-to-date on federal and state regulations, and hospital provider requirements that impact credentialing processes
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Legal, and Compliance, to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Develop and communicate credentialing strategies, best practices, and processes to ensure scalability and repeatability
  • Review, approve, and manage training materials related to hospital access to meet industry standards
  • Represent GORE with third-party Vendor Credentialing Organizations, such as Intellicentrics, Vendormate, and Symplr
  • Attend and participate in the Consortium for Universal Healthcare Credentialing to influence and shape the future of credentialing in the industry
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or 3 years of relevant healthcare experience
  • Demonstrated experience in project and process management
  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment with ability to influence across teams
  • Well-developed problem-solving experience to drive desired outcomes with all levels internally and externally
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 10%
