Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Regional Chief Operations Executive to lead our Central and Southern Ohio Region. This role is based in Columbus, Ohio.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide strategic leadership and vision for the region, focusing on mobile collections and non-biomedical facilities.
  2. Oversee the administration and coordination of the region's organizational activities to meet established goals and timelines.
  3. Supervise and mentor management, staff, and volunteers across various operational areas.
  4. Conduct ongoing analysis and interpretation of financial reports and fundraising budgets to ensure compliance and fiscal responsibility.
  5. Collaborate with corporate functions such as Finance, Human Resources, and Risk Management to ensure operational responsibilities are fulfilled.
  6. Ensure the maintenance and safe operation of all vehicles and facilities within the region.
  7. Act as the regional liaison for service delivery, fostering partnerships with various departments to ensure cohesive service provision.
  8. Manage personnel, program development, and financial targets for all community service initiatives.

Qualifications:

Education: A Bachelor's degree is required.

Experience: A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a management role.

Skills: Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, strong interpersonal skills, and the capacity to cultivate collaborative relationships within the organization and with external partners.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel throughout the region, with potential for some out-of-region travel.

Physical Requirements: The role necessitates the ability to work in a standard office environment, including prolonged periods of sitting and operating a vehicle.
