Position Title: Client Relations Specialist
Location: Columbus, OH
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Compensation: $19 to $20/hr. on W2
Role Summary:The Client Relations Specialist is responsible for fostering and maintaining strong relationships to ensure exceptional service delivery to our clients. This role involves managing incoming communications from financial advisors and branch personnel concerning Retirement Services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and sustain effective relationships to provide top-tier service to clients.
- Address incoming inquiries via phone from financial advisors and branch staff.
- Leverage various internal and external resources to deliver information and resolve client issues.
- Adhere to established protocols for routing processing requests to the appropriate teams and escalating inquiries as necessary.
- Achieve team and departmental service objectives as set by management.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Capability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and mitigate potential issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong listening abilities.
- A desire and aptitude for rapid learning and application of knowledge in various contexts.
- A Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial sector.
- Experience with retirement products is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Possession of a current or past Series 7 license is preferred but not required.
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
