Primary Responsibilities:

  • Direct and oversee the technical team, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Provide training and mentorship to new technicians, offering practical instruction and support.
  • Manage and maintain pool apparatus, encompassing electronics, mechanics, plumbing, and chemical treatment of water.
  • Leverage technology for effective inventory management and seamless communication with the office management team.
  • Guarantee the smooth operation and upkeep of client pools, swiftly diagnosing and addressing any issues.
  • Maintain a self-driven attitude, consistently pursuing opportunities for technical skill enhancement and knowledge expansion.
  • Play a pivotal role in the company’s growth and advancement by contributing to the achievement of operational excellence.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in the pool service industry.
  • Bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish.
  • Reside within a reasonable distance from our operational base.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of pool equipment, including electronics, mechanics, plumbing, and water treatment.
  • Competence in utilizing technology for inventory oversight and communication purposes.
