Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Permian Lodging LLC. As a key member of our front desk department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, coordinating with the Lodge Manager, and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with the Lodge Manager to execute all work assignments and ensure consistency with company objectives
  • Provide direct supervisory support to the Front Desk team and champion the property management system, Innfinity
  • Process reservations, requests, and company correspondence, and develop data entry and process development skills
  • Handle and oversee additional reservation bookings, both internal and external
  • Promptly handle phone and in-person inquiries with professionalism and provide exceptional customer service
  • Support and lead the team with respect to both computers and people, and meet tight deadlines for email, telephone inquiries, and guest inquiries
  • Work shifts on our 24-hour desk, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and overnight shifts
Requirements
  • Must be very proficient in Microsoft Office and with a computer
  • Experience with Innfinity preferred, experience with any hotel management program required
  • 2 years of experience working front desk in a hotel or remote camp environment
  • Must be detail-oriented, professional, friendly, and positive, and work well independently and in a team environment
  • Must be very proficient in the Spanish and English languages (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Must have excellent organizational and time management skills, and be a skilled problem solver
