Job Summary

We're seeking an organized and energetic Front Desk Associate to join our team. As the lead customer service contact, you'll be responsible for ensuring a positive experience for all clients and prospects. This role is essential to the day-to-day operations of our store and requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor client sessions to ensure appointments run on time
  • Help promote current client renewals and acquire new prospects via telephone and text inquiries
  • Assist the team in cleaning and maintaining the store
  • Work closely with store stretch practitioners and the management team to provide outstanding service and a comfortable atmosphere for all clients
Requirements

We're looking for a candidate with a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA, or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work. A passion for the fitness industry and excellent communication skills are also essential.

Compensation

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $13.00 per hour, making this a great opportunity for those looking to advance their knowledge in the fitness industry.
