Front Desk Associate

Responsibilities:
* Greet and register guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process
* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Promote the Choice Privileges Rewards Program and provide recognition and benefits to all present members
* Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and hotel operations
* Collaborate with the concierge team to provide guests with information and assistance
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* At least two years of hotel experience, preferably in a front desk or customer service role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
* Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software
