Regional Manager Job Description

RPM Living is seeking a highly skilled Regional Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment, training, and development of Property Managers, as well as maintaining the physical asset and performance of assigned properties in your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train, and develop Property Managers to ensure the highest level of performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of assigned properties, ensuring they meet RPM Living's high standards.
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive growth and profitability in your portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Vice President and other supervisors to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in property management, with a minimum of 2 years in a Regional Manager or multi-site manager role.
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently.
