We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Development Specialist to join our team at Heaven Hill Brands.

Job Summary

The Talent Development Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning programs to enhance employee skills and performance. The successful candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, adult learning theory, and project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver training programs that align with business objectives
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement learning strategies
  • Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development, Instructional Design, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in learning and development, specifically in designing and delivering corporate training programs
  • Expertise in adult learning competencies, including needs assessment, instructional design, and presentation
  • Strong project management skills and ability to lead large projects

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
