About the Role:

As a Senior Software Development Specialist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze detailed business/functional/technical requirements and specifications for software applications.
  • Design and develop end-user applications and/or systems software using advanced programming languages, scripting, and database languages.
  • Configure commercial-off-the-shelf applications to meet specific business needs.
  • Support application testing, deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Develop application enhancements and respond to scope changes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in software development.
  • Advanced understanding of Systems Analysis and Design.
  • Expertise in Core Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and SQL.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced understanding of JEE, Spring frameworks, or similar development environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile project methodology.
  • Training in project management.
  • Demonstrated coaching and leadership skills.
