Kelly is currently seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations Specialist to join our team in Louisville, KY. This is a direct hire, permanent position with great benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401k.

  • This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's success by leading the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants.
  • Responsibilities also include supporting new hire orientation and employee recognition programs, as well as assisting in managing employee relations by investigating, resolving, and communicating in regard to employee questions, issues, or concerns.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in administering and executing human resource programs, including compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $90,000 per year, based on industry standards and market conditions in Louisville, KY.

About the Job

In this role, you will be responsible for handling employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, as well as partnering with and coaching leadership team members on employee relations matters.

  • You will also contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, maintaining knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations to ensure HR compliance.
Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have at least 5 years of human resources experience, with prior experience in a manufacturing/production environment required.
