Enterprise Support Specialist

Job Summary:

As a critical member of our team, the Enterprise Support Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and processes. This role requires strong technical skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and a service-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure users have the appropriate security level access based on job title and assist with training questions as needed for enterprise systems.

Perform necessary routing testing, smoke testing, and UAT on system enhancements, bug fixes, and all system changes as requested.

Daily review of default queues and resolve and resume suspended tasks and work with IT as needed.

Assist in the event of system outages and work with IT on determining resolution.

Segregation of Duties review and audit for mapping exceptions and support.

System Security audits for provisioning and termination.

Analytics on all systems and user performance.

Analytics on system deficiencies and provide recommendations.

Requirements:

At least three years of related experience.

Microsoft Office – Access Knowledge and Proficient Excel.

Communication Skills – Ability to lead and host calls and provide clear direction to the business as needed.

Language Skills – English (reading, writing, verbal).

Mathematical Skills – Basic Math Skills.

Work Environment:

This is a stationary position that requires frequent sitting or standing, repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel may be required.
