As an Ice Cream Artist and Cashier, you'll be the mastermind behind the counter, crafting delectable ice cream treats and ringing up customers with a smile. From scooping up classic flavors to constructing mind-blowing sundaes and shakes, you'll have the opportunity to let your artistic side shine.
This isn't just a job - it's a chance to be part of a movement that believes in having fun, being creative, and making the world a little bit sweeter, one scoop at a time. You'll be working alongside a team of passionate individuals who share your love for ice cream and exceptional customer service.
Our ideal candidate will be able to work independently in a positive team environment, have reliable transportation, and flexible hours. Competitive hourly rate plus opportunities to earn additional income through tips.
Salary: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
As a Ben & Jerry's Crew Member, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions, and ensuring a memorable experience
* Scooping and serving our world-famous ice cream and other specialty desserts with a smile
* Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting shop environment
* Assisting with inventory management, product stocking, and light food preparation
* Promoting our brand and sharing your love for Ben & Jerry's with every customer
Peace, Love & Ice Cream
Job opportunities as Team Member are generally offered as full time or part time restaurant job.
Prior experience in one of the following roles and brands is highly desirable: customer service, cashier, associate, restaurant crew member, team member, associate, or other part time restaurant job at: Ben & Jerry's, Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, Starbucks, Panera Bread, McDonalds, Taco Bell, Burger King, In-N-Out Burger.
Ice Cream Artist Requirements
* A genuine love for ice cream and a creative flair for dessert artistry
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* The ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
* A positive, upbeat attitude and a willingness to have fun on the job
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
