Position Summary

Step into the role of Front Desk Agent, acting as a friendly hospitality ambassador to ensure guests' experiences at our resort are positive from start to finish. Your dedication to outstanding customer service and keen attention to detail are crucial to our establishment's success. The responsibilities you will undertake require a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service:

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival to facilitate smooth check-ins
  • Accurately manage guest registrations, ensuring correct information and room assignments
  • Distribute room keys and provide essential guidance to guests
  • Professionally handle telephone communications by relaying messages
  • Assist with inquiries regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and travel advice
  • Maintain up-to-date records of room availability and guest accounts for efficient operations
  • Oversee billing processes, including calculating bills, processing payments, and providing change
  • Quickly and accurately handle reservations and confirm bookings
  • Document and post charges to guest accounts, including room rates and additional services
  • Help arrange dining, transportation, entertainment, and tour reservations upon guest requests
  • Conduct nightly inspections to ensure guest satisfaction and comfort
  • Exhibit attentive listening skills and provide effective solutions to guest concerns

Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and stand for extended periods
