Job Summary

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Rio Rancho, NM location. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales floor team in achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and taking out the trash

• Support the sales floor team by assisting with sales floor tasks, such as processing transactions and answering customer questions

• Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment

• Collaborate with the sales floor team to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs

• Maintain accurate inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management

• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time

• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
