- Manage Customer Requests: Handle customer inquiries and requests through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Analyze Customer Feedback: Review customer feedback and statistics related to customer access and case management to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide Resolution and Feedback: Offer solutions and feedback to customers based on analysis and recommendations.
- Participate in Process Improvements: Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
- Escalate Customer Issues: Work with escalated customers to resolve issues and provide recommendations for post-incident reviews.
- Education: High school education or equivalent.
- Experience: Typically requires 3-5 years of general experience or an equivalent combination of experience and college-level education.
- Skills: Superior communication skills, both written and verbal; experience in customer-facing roles; computer proficiency; accuracy in data entry; fluency in the language to be supported; and ability to mentor and train new agents.
