About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Solutions Representative to join our team at BCforward. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Validate Customer Entitlement: Verify customer eligibility for services and products, and log cases for routing or dispatching to the proper resources.
  • Monitor Service Events: Track service events through completion to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage Customer Requests: Handle customer inquiries and requests through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Analyze Customer Feedback: Review customer feedback and statistics related to customer access and case management to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide Resolution and Feedback: Offer solutions and feedback to customers based on analysis and recommendations.
  • Participate in Process Improvements: Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
  • Escalate Customer Issues: Work with escalated customers to resolve issues and provide recommendations for post-incident reviews.
Requirements
  • Education: High school education or equivalent.
  • Experience: Typically requires 3-5 years of general experience or an equivalent combination of experience and college-level education.
  • Skills: Superior communication skills, both written and verbal; experience in customer-facing roles; computer proficiency; accuracy in data entry; fluency in the language to be supported; and ability to mentor and train new agents.
