Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at Compass Group Careers. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Point of Sale System: Accurately process customer transactions and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist with Food Preparation: Help prepare and serve food and beverages to customers, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Perform general cleaning duties, including removing trash and garbage, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide a positive dining experience.
  • Inventory and Restock Supplies: Monitor and maintain inventory levels, restock supplies, and ensure a smooth operation of the food service area.
Requirements
  • Previous Cashier Experience: 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team to achieve common goals.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Pay: $16.00 per hour to $17.00 per hour.
