Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth and expansion in assigned geographic territories or business scopes. This role involves building strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Territory Management: Identify potential target end-users, prioritize accounts, and develop sales strategies to maximize results.
- Sales and Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Technical Solutions and Knowledge: Develop and maintain technical expertise to provide solutions to customer needs, and stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
- 5-10+ years of sales experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience selling through channel partners and a strong understanding of pricing structures and gross margin.
