Job Summary:

Anderson Dahlen is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our Vacuum Technology team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and performance in the vacuum process systems market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account and opportunity level strategies to create and close new business opportunities.
  • Lead the pursuit team and leverage resources across the organization and partners to move opportunities through the pipeline to close.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and continuously seek new opportunities and solutions for the business and our customers.
  • Collaborate effectively with diverse sales teams, including segment/business leads, estimators, and proposal developers.

Requirements:
  • 4-year college degree preferred; 2 years associated + experience acceptable, plus 5+ year experience.
  • Experience assessing a market and identifying potential customers as well as getting meetings with them through creative ways.
  • Experience or willingness to follow a sales process leveraging tools like a CRM to manage the pipeline.
  • Ability to navigate from a market study through an order or partnership with new customers or expanding existing customers.
